• Confirmed booking: identification data required by Spanish traveller-registration rules. Legal basis: legal obligation.
• Analytics and measurement: only with your prior consent (see the cookie policy).

Retention

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or the stay and afterwards for the applicable statutory limitation periods.

Recipients

Technology providers needed to deliver the service (web hosting, email, payment gateway). Data is never sold.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to the address above, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
