Scope

Villa Fuji is rented as a whole house, for a maximum of 8 guests. It is never shared with other groups.

Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed by payment in full, in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe; Villa Fuji stores no card data.

Final cleaning included in the price. Price is for the whole house up to 8 guests, with no per-person supplement. The accommodation is VAT exempt (art. 20 Spanish VAT Act — letting without hotel services).

Cancellations

The same cancellation conditions we publish on our Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo listings apply. We confirm them to you in writing, with the exact dates and deadlines, before you make any payment.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in from 15:00, check-out before 11:00, unless agreed in advance. Access is paved right up to the gate and needs no special vehicle.

Before you arrive we message you on WhatsApp with directions and how to collect the keys.

House rules

Pets are welcome once agreed in advance, at no extra charge. Children are welcome. Smoking is allowed. Parties and events are not permitted; family gatherings are, by prior arrangement. Quiet hours from 23:00. The pool operates from mid-May to late September and children must not be left alone in it. The house is handed over and must be returned in normal condition of use.

Traveller registration

Spanish law requires guests' identification details to be reported to the competent authorities.
